Most of the districts we work with call before there is a project. A board is weighing a levy, a treasurer is trying to understand what a building will actually cost, a facilities director has a roof that has been patched three times. Those are good calls to make early, and none of them obligate you to anything.

If you already have a project underway and something about it does not sit right, call anyway. We have been brought in mid-construction more than once. It is easier to sort out a schedule or a change order while the work is still in front of you than to argue about it after closeout, and we will tell you honestly if you do not need us.
