The program
The district spans Erie and Sandusky counties as the hub of several villages and townships, with Margaretta Elementary housing preschool through 5th grade and the Middle/High School housing 6th through 12th. The new PK-12 construction project was priced at approximately $49.4 million, covering construction of the new facility and the partial abatement and demolition of both existing buildings. The district paused the project after the completion of construction documents because of issues with funding.
