Teays Valley approved the construction of a new athletics field house.

What it included
The field house
The completed building includes:
- Approximately 40,000 sq ft of building space, a pre-fab metal structure with a front of pre-fab metal and partial brick or concrete masonry units
- Three full size high school basketball courts adjacent to each other, with volleyball lines on each court and rubberized flooring
- Men’s and women’s locker rooms, each with 40+ full height lockers, three sinks and two toilets
- A training room of approximately 700 sq ft with training tables
- A physical training room of approximately 1,500 sq ft
- Public restrooms sized per building occupancy code
- Approximately 1,000 sq ft of office space for future use
